Rental Fee Collection Procedures
Stays with LESS than 90 days to check-in:
• 100% of total fee due. Upon booking, select the option to pay in full.
Stays with MORE than 90 days to check-in:
• Deposit of 25% of the total fee is automatically collected upon submission.
• The remaining 75% is due 90 days before check-in. After booking, see the confirmation page for instructions on submitting 90-day payment.
